Cell Phones in North Korea

I've found the article on chosun.com, "Cell Phones Spark 'Communication Revolution' in N.K." (Korean), very interesting.

Isn't this subversive... Maybe Korean cell phone manufacturers should give out the phones (and pay for the services) in North Korea.
