<p>I didn&#8217;t know who Dr. Dean was, but apparently he&#8217;s on TV.  This book was quite informative, but I felt it was more of a reference book than a front-to-back-reading type of books.</p>
<p>I liked the fact that he tried to teach &#8220;common sense&#8221; although the common sense aren&#8217;t the same for everyone.  If you have some specific question about your everyday health stuff, this book might become the starting point.</p>
